Privacy
Short version: we only keep what we need to price and schedule your garage, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted any time.
What we collect
When you text, call, email or fill in a form, we get what you send us:
- Your name and phone number
- The photos of your garage, basement, attic or storage unit
- Your zip code and, once you book, your address
- Anything you tell us about the job, like dates that work or items to watch for
How we use it
Only to quote and schedule your job, do the work, and send you the receipt and donation records afterwards. We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't send marketing texts.
If you agree to a founding spot, we film the before and after. No faces or house numbers appear unless you say yes, and you can see the clip before it's used.
Who sees it
The two of us who run Garage Reset ATL. We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it with anyone except the services we need to run the business (for example, Square for deposits). Those services only get what they need to do their part.
Ads and analytics
If you reach us through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, Meta collects the standard data its forms collect under its own privacy policy. Our website may use standard analytics that record things like pages viewed, device type and rough location. None of it is sold.
Deleting your information
Text (470) 223-2230 or email hello@garageresetatl.com and say "delete my info". We remove your photos, messages and details, except what we have to keep for tax or payment records.
